Tommy Lee Patton, 36, husband of Tammy Sue Patton and son of Nancy Blevins, died Sunday September 29, 2013 at his residence.
He was born March 5, 1977 in Louisville.
Tommy was a self employed roofer, member of the Puritan Chapel and was an avid fisherman and die hard UK fan.
Besides his wife and mother he is survived by his daughter, Candice Patton, step-children, Heather Alexander and Raymond McIntyre, brother, Donnie R. Stilts, step-brother, Dennis Dave Blevins and step-father, Dennis Blevins. He was preceded in death by his sister, Tammy Munuz.
A service celebrating Tommy's life will be held 6:00 pm Wednesday October 2, 2013 at Mt. Everest General Baptist Church, 6012 Mt. Everest Dr. Louisville, with Pastor Gary Ridling officiating.
Memorial donations may be directed to the family.
