Timothy Love

August 26, 1961 — April 18, 2017

With great sadness, we gather to mourn the passing of our beloved Timothy W. Love; and for all of us who knew Tim intimately and with great love, we remember what a truly remarkable man he was. Tim was 55 years old upon his passing, after losing a cruel battle to a tough and aggressive form of tonsillar cancer. Tim passed on April 18, 2017, at his home in Goshen, KY, surrounded by his loving and adoring family.Timothy Wayne Love was born on August 26, 1961 in Elizabethtown, KY to wonderful, nurturing parents Paul and Judy Love.
He proudly graduated from University of Kentucky in 1983 and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. At the time of his death, Tim was Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Sabert, Inc., out of Ft. Wayne, IN. As a member of the Kentucky Colonels, Tim focused on personal balance, with God and his family at the forefront, followed by his close network of friends. He enjoyed Kentucky Bourbon tasting & collecting, golfing with his buddies, and watching UK basketball; there never has been anyone more devoted or passionate about UK sports.
Tim was a loyal member of Southeast Christian Church-Crestwood Campus and often spoke fondly of the Christian bonds he formed at Man Challenge. He loved everything about that church and deeply admired and respected the friendships that he had developed there, especially over the last year. He really cherished helping and giving to others. Never was there a man who was more admired, beloved and adored by his family and friends. He is survived by his loving wife Zabrina, twin daughters Isabella and Brianna (15) step-daughter Mackenzie (22), grandson Levi (3), son-in-law Zane, sister Vicki Barringer, brother-in-law Tim Barringer, his niece Bryce, nephew Will and parents Paul and Judy.
We celebrate the fact that he is now wrapped in love and grace by our Father in Heaven and comforted in the knowledge that he no longer is suffering any more pain, however we are deeply saddened that he was taken far too soon. Please join us in celebrating this great man. Memorials are suggested to Southeast Christian Church-Crestwood Campus.
