Sandra Fleeks

FLEEKS, SANDRA, 44, of Louisville passed away on April 22, 2014. Born in Fairbanks AK to Pat Sims and Jesse Sims, Sandra was a member of the St. Matthews United Methodist Church, National Allegiance on Mental Health, Young Survivors, Gildas Club, Dress for Success, The Susan G. Komen Foundation and many other organizations. Ms. Fleeks is survived by her daughter Chelsea Fleeks, sisters Tonya Sims and Barbara Anderson, nephews Nik Pedrino and Trea Sims, niece; Alicia Perez, cousins; Rebecca Renier, Oliver Renier Jr., and Brian Renier. She was preceded in death by her Husband Leverne Fleeks III, nephew Kristohper Pedrino, and Uncle Oliver Renier Sr. -
