Nancye "Ruth" Clark

Nancye “Ruth” Clark, 92, passed away peacefully at her home in Smithfield, Kentucky on Friday, October 25, 2024. She was born on December 10, 1931, to William and Margaret Meek in Smithfield, Kentucky.

Ruth is preceded in death by a sister, Louise Wilson; and a brother, William Meek.

Left to cherish her memory, Ruth is survived by her loving husband of 72 years, Maurice Clark; 2 children, Karen McMillan, and Michael Clark (Angie); grandchild, Reid Webb (Rachelle); 2 great-grandchildren, Nate and Chloe; several nieces and nephews; and a host of extended family and close friends.

A Celebration of Life Gathering for Mrs. Ruth Clark will be held on November 4, 2024, at Eminence Christian Church, 5333 S. Main Street, Eminence, Kentucky from 1 PM to 3 PM. A short funeral service will follow the Celebration of Life Gathering.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to Eminence Christian Church in memory of Ruth.
