Martha Carey

Martha L. Carey, 79, of Crestwood, passed away on September 13, 2022. She was born to the late Andrew and Margaret Cundiff Hofelich. Martha was a loving wife, faithful member of St. Aloysius Catholic Church and volunteer at the Marian Center.

She is preceded in death besides her parents, her siblings, Andrew, Virginia, Margaret and Michael.

Martha is survived by her husband, Jerry; children, Terri Dick, Pam Lanham (Sam), Lisa Ballard and Andy Carey; siblings, Joyce Carey, Jean Hilbert, Judy Blisset, Rick Hofelich and James Hofelich; six grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

Funeral mass will be on Tuesday, September 20, 2022, at 11:00 am, at St. Aloysius Catholic Church, 212 Mt. Mercy Drive, Pewee Valley. Burial will follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens East. Visitation will be from 10:00 until time of services at the church.
