Marcia Morris, 70, loving wife to Lonnie Morris, passed away Monday June 13, 2016 at Norton's Hosparus Center. She was born to the late Norman J. and Gillis Sands Baird on September 2, 1945 in Louisville,
Marcia was a retired teacher for JCPS having taught at Fairdale High School for many years and was a former member of 3rd Avenue Baptist Church.
Besides her husband of 48 years, she is survived by their children, Melissa Morris (Jeremy Egan) and Wes Morris (Brittany) along with grandchildren, Austin Miller, Jayden Egan, Gabrielle Morris, and Brynn Morris and brother Wayne Baird (Kathy).
In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to Hosparus, P. O. Box 34525, Louisville, KY 40232-9892.
