On the afternoon of October 25, 2019 Lissette “Lee” Gahlinger of Louisville, KY, passed away at the age of 82. Lee was born in Baltimore, Maryland on June 6, 1936 to Robert and Lissetta Keil Bishop. Lee was preceded in death by her parents, brother Bill Bishop and his wife Jeanne, daughter Connie and her husband Richard Nally, Jr., stepdaughter Kimberly Gahlinger, and great granddaughter Eloise Dawson. Lee is survived by her husband Edward LeRoy Gahlinger, her son Donald Reed and his wife Terri, daughters Susan Hanley and her husband Paul, Joy Grieger and her husband Thomas, Melba Anne Travers, Jan McLain, stepson Ron Gahlinger and his wife Michelle,  and her brother-in-law Paul Gahlinger and his wife Arlinda. Lee also had 15 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren with one on the way. Lee loved her family, crocheting, needlepoint, coloring and putting puzzles together. She was a good friend, mother, wife and neighbor. She will be greatly missed.
