John Nethery

John Anthony "Tony" Nethery Welcomed on earth - November 3, 1960 Welcomed into Heaven - October 30, 2016.
Tony is survived by his wife of 20 years, Kimberly Dawn (Plummer) Nethery and his 5 children: Brandon Allen (Lacy), Teisha Marie, Elise Bree-Ann Scott (Kenny), David Glenn Senon and Kiva Dawn; three grandchildren: Riley Jade, Keagon Lee and Kash Landon. He is also survived by his sister Myra Nethery. He is walking the streets of gold with his dad David Burnas Nethery and mom Doris Jean Westfall, sister Vicki Lee Roby and brother Michael Nethery.

Tony served in the 82nd Airborne and although he didn't always agree with our Country... he always honored every comrade. He enjoyed his profession of 32 years as a tree trimmer and would cringe every time he saw a tree topped! He was dedicated, loyal and had the heart of a servant! Tony never met a stranger and loved every non-judgmental soul (and quietly walked away from the judging ones... whispering a quick little prayer).

He will be greatly missed by all of us and the only resounding comfort is that he knew his Creator and Savior, which means he's peacefully waiting in the arms of Jesus for us to join him when our day comes!
