James "J. T." Tanner Smith lll, 31, passed away Saturday, October 31, 2015.
He was a member of KY Air National Guard.
He is survived by his mother, Cherrice V. Smith; father, James Tanner Smith Jr.; Stepmother, Connie Smith; sister, La Toya Smith McClellan (Kacheyta); stepsister, Cherinee Donaldson, and a host of uncles, aunts, nephews, cousins other family and friends.
Visitation: 4 pm -7 pm Thursday, November 5, 2015 at St Stephen Baptist Church, 1018 So 15th St.
Burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens East.
