Hart, Henry M., 76, of Louisville, passed away on Sunday, October 11, 2015 at Friendship Health and Rehabilitation in Pewee Valley.
He was born May 25, 1939 in Summit, KY, the son of the late Larue Collier Hart and Ethel Beville Hart. Henry was a retired Dieticians Assistant at Friendship Manor (Friendship Health and Rehabilitation) and an avid UK fan.
In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by a granddaughter, Brianna Timberlake; sister, Gladys and a son-in-law, Anthony "Tony" Smith. Henry is survived by his children, Cynthia F. Williams (Scott), Melissa A. Timberlake (Brian) and Theresa L. Smith; grandchildren, Jonathan Williams (Donna), Courtney R. Gillock (Mike), Morgan Williams, Aaron and Hope Timberlake and Lee and Gina Curry; two great-grandchildren; Alyson Kay and Sarah Rose Williams; former wife and best friend, Brenda Hart and his siblings, Glen, Billy, Linda and Christine.
Burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens East.
