Estella Woodard

Estella Woodard, 82, passed away peacefully on Sunday May 17, 2020 at her residence in Louisville Kentucky.  She was born in Memphis Tennessee on October 4, 1937, the daughter of the late Albert and Ruth Dorsey.  Estella loved her church and was a proud member of Green Castle Baptist Church in Louisville. She was a talented seamstress, played softball and enjoyed bowling in her younger days, she was an avid reader and loved people, babies and animals.

She leaves to cherish her memory her sisters, Alma M. Campbell, Alberta Marshall and Ollie Wardlow,  nieces, , Patricia Clayton, Gloria West (Gary), Debra Marshall, Brenda Marshall, Dorothy Marshall, Michelle Woodard, Anna Campbell, sister-in-law, Carrie Mawbry, Burnie Cohran, Clemmie Kirkwood,  nephews, George Woodard (Sharonda), Albert Campbell, Searcy Marshall Jr., Wayne Marshall (Laralei) and a host of extended family.  She will was loved and will be missed by numerous dear friends.

Estella is preceded in death by her late husband, Eugene and her brother-in law’s, Searcy and Ronnie Marshall.
