Emma Jean, 79, of Louisville, passed away Sunday, July 27, 2014 at Baptist Health.
Born in Lewisburg, WV, she worked for the FBI in Washington, DC and Louisville before retiring from Humana. She attended Southeast Christian Church for many years and was a graduate of Greenbrier High School in Ronceverte, West Virginia.
She was preceded in death by her father, Raymond Dowdy.
She is survived by her loving husband, Harvey R. Cantrell; son, Eric Cantrell; mother, Clara Dowdy, Lewisburg, WV; and sisters, Doris West, Lewisburg, WV and Betty Mueller, Fredericksburg, with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens East Cemetery.
