Ellen Dever

Dever, Ellen E. (Blakley) Hilton, 86, passed away Thursday, September 11, 2014. Born in Cuyahoga Falls, OH, she was the daughter of the late Leland E. and Katherine Blakley, Sr. She was Baptist by faith and had retired from L & N Federal Credit Union after 10 years. Ellen was a member of the Eastern Star and a KY Colonel. Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by a stepson, David Dever. She is survived by her husband, Robert L. Dever; daughter, Carolyn Poore (Jim); sons, Earl M. Hilton (Sharon) and John C. Hilton (Denise); stepdaughter, Gail Dever; grandchildren, Richard Poore (Jenny), Heather Hilton and Jeremy "J.J." Hilton; six great-grandchildren; and a brother, Leland E. Blakley, Jr (Jessie). with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens-East.
