Funeral services will be on Friday, July 17, 2015 with the Rev. Jay Montgomery officiating the service. A Chapel Graveside Service will be at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, July 17, 2015 at the Louisville Memorial Gardens East in Louisville, KY.
