Dennis James Stansberry

Dennis James Stansberry (Pop Pop), 69, of La Grange, KY, passed away on August 23, 2024.

Dennis was born on August 4, 1955 to the late Hubert and Alberta Stansberry. He worked most of his life as an over the road truck driver where he was known as Dennis “Lightening” Stansberry. He was a hard worker, always willing to lend a hand, who loved what he did and the connections it allowed him to make. 

Dennis enjoyed meeting people, golf, his beloved Philadelphia Eagles, had a contagious laugh and loved his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by son; Matthew L. Stansberry and sister; Connie Arnold.

Left to cherish the memory of Dennis are; Tracy and Benjie Witt, siblings William Stansberry, Shelia Stansberry and Teresa Stansberry Carter, grandchildren; Matthew N. Stansberry, Gavyn Stansberry, Alexandria Witt, Avery Witt, Aubrey Witt, as well as many friends and extended family members.
