Dallas Ann Sandefur Farnsley

Dallas Ann Sandefur Farnsley, 75, of New Albany, died Monday, July 15, 2019 at her residence. She was born in Peoria, Illinois January 3, 1944 the daughter of the late Oeyvind “Red” & Edna Newcom Sandefur.

She leaves to cherish her memory, sons, Brian Farnsley (Karla), Brent Farnsley (Kim)  brother, Marion Sandefur (Patricia). Grandchildren, James McIntire (Elise), Kirbee Gerkin (Jay), Travis, Tiffany, and Taylor Wright. Great-Grandchildren, Dahlia, Cecilia and Lorelei McIntire, Gaines, Harper, and Kennedy Gerkin.

Dallas retired from the United States Postal Service after 30+ years of service. She was a member of Northside Christian Church in New Albany.

A private burial is planned.

In Lieu of flowers and gifts, donations can be made to the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA).
