Bernie West

Bernie West, 72, husband of Sharon West, died Friday April 25, 2014 at Norton Brownsboro Hospital. He was born in Jefferson County March 6, 1942 the son of the late Dillard & Classie Warren West. Bernie was retired from the Ford Assembly Truck Plant , was a member of UAW Local #182 and was a U.S. Air Force Veteran.
Besides his wife of nearly 46 years he is survived by his daughter, Teresa West Gayhart, son, Greg West (Nikki), two brothers, Curtis & Obia West and seven grandchildren, Jordan West, Classie Powell, Sabrina West, Madison Powell, Sydney West, Zac West and Ben West. He was preceded in death by one brother, Tim West.
