Andrew Ragland

Andrew Tyler Ragland, 22, passed away on February 8, 2020 at U of L Hospital.  He was born in Louisville on April 23, 1997, the son of Joyce Phelps Sanford.  Andrew was an avid sports fan and especially loved U of L Basketball and the Green Bay Packers.  He was a caring, hardworking young man, who enjoyed shooting pool, playing basketball and spending time with his friends and family.  Andrew leaves to cherish his memory, his mother, Joyce Sanford, step-father, Daryl Sanford, grandmother, Barbara Phelps, sister, Ashley Ragland, brothers, Zachary “Willlie, Anthony, and Jake Hiscox , step-brother, Taylor Sanford,  uncles, Lee, Michael (Carrie), Jason, Scott (Jennifer) Phelps, Shannon Grooms, aunt, Sandra Phelps-Miller, Sheila Taylor (Kenny), nieces, Haley Montgomery, Audrey Hiscox, and Nevaeh Bell, nephews, Tony Hiscox, Jeremiah Bell, and Tristan Bell.  He will also be missed by an endless number of extended family and friends
