Donna Cook

Donna E. Mallory Cook, 73, of Louisville, passed away at her residence on January 15, 2020 following an extended illness.   She was born on February 9, 1946 in Owen County, the daughter of the late Fields and Lieutitia Mallory.   She is survived by her husband, Johnny Cook, son, Ricky (Heather),  brothers, Gene, Bobby, and Jim, granddaughter, Ashley and her beloved dog, TC.  Donna was preceded in death by her two sisters, four brothers, and several nieces and nephews.  She was a proud member of Beulah Land Bible Baptist Church of Lyndon, Kentucky.  The family would ask that you celebrate the life of this great woman by mourning and sharing your memories of her life.  In lieu of flowers, please express your gifts to the Beulah Land Bible Baptist Church, Lyndon Ky.  The Rev. Bobby Mallory and Rev. Gary Rogers will be officiating her service.
